I had the pleasure of staying at Eurostars Lisboa Baixa in Lisbon, Portugal for a delightful two-night getaway, and I must say that the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was captivated by its charm and elegance. The rooms at Eurostars Lisboa Baixa are nothing short of stunning. They are beautifully designed, combining modern aesthetics with a touch of classic elegance. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings was truly impressive, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The ample space and thoughtful layout of the room added to the overall sense of luxury and relaxation. One of the standout features of this hotel is its perfect location. Situated in the heart of Lisbon's Baixa district, it offers easy access to a plethora of attractions, restaurants, and shops. The central location allowed me to explore the vibrant city without any hassle, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, what truly sets Eurostars Lisboa Baixa apart is its exceptional staff. The level of attentiveness, friendliness, and forward-thinking service was truly remarkable. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a valued guest, catering to my needs and preferences with a genuine warmth and professionalism that's hard to come by. Their recommendations for local experiences and dining options were spot-on, showcasing their deep knowledge of the area and dedication to ensuring a memorable stay. In a world where exceptional service can be a rare find, Eurostars Lisboa Baixa shines brightly. Their staff's commitment to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment truly makes a difference in the overall experience. This is a place I wholeheartedly recommend to fellow travelers. It's a hidden gem that deserves a spot on anyone's shortlist for their next visit to Lisbon. In conclusion, my stay at Eurostars Lisboa Baixa was an unforgettable experience.

This hotel is right in the heart of Baixa, but on a street that isn't a major shopping street and also has no vehicle traffic. As a result, it's probably about as quiet a location as you can find in Baixa. The place is super clean and neat, with big, comfortable rooms. We were there five nights in December and the hotel wasn't full; they upgraded us to a palatial suite at no cost to us. Breakfast isn't included unless you pay about 20 euros extra per person, and we decided not to try it as we were over-eating severely the rest of each day as it was. But they do give free (and good quality) pastries, and between those and making tea in the room we managed a breakfast that our doctor might have frowned on but we were happy with. We took a while deciding what part of Lisbon to stay in and I think Baixa was the right choice; it's central to everything you want to see. Many of the key sights are walkable, and it's easy to get down to Belem for the museums. I highly recommend the Quezel Palace, which is a little further afield but you can get to with an Uber for under ten euros; that place is like a small scale Versailles both in the garden and the interior.

I loved the location. I read the guest reviews before I booked, but I still wasn't expecting the hotel to be so well situated. It is totally accessible to all the restaurants, shopping and historical monuments. Transportation is close as well! All of the staff are welcoming and helpful. I really appreciate Carlotta and Laura for great recommendations on where to dine and the best value tours. The breakfast buffet was visually stunning, and the food options were fresh and delicious. There are other local cafes nearby, but the breakfast at the hotel for me is the best value! This hotel reminds you of train travel. It's beautiful. The rich blues and gold in the decor feel luxurious. There is a lovely, not overpowering floral scent upon entry to the hotel that engulfs you in warmth. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Eurostars Lisboa Baxia.

My husband and I were warmly greeted on arrival by staff at the front reception. We were offered a glass of champagne after check-in. The reception area was clean, with big lounge chairs to sit on. A big glass container filled with water, a basket filled with pastel de natas, and a bottle of champagne was available at reception every day. Our room was nice and modern and very clean. We liked having a window and open to let in some fresh air. The housekeeping was spotless. The location is very accessible to several tourist attractions. Restaurants and cafes, and shopping are within walking distance. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel comfortable. I would come back again.

We stayed here for 4 nights. It is a very well appointed hotel, expensively fitted out. It was clean, comfortable, in good repair, and agreeably staffed. It is in a wide street, but traffic was restricted in our stay, so the room was quiet. Although the Booking.com details say that the property has a restaurant, the hotel's web site says that this is temporarily closed. On site a menu is available, but the staff explained that any orders are bought in from neighbouring restaurants. In fact the hotel is ideally situated and there are dozens of restaurants close by, all within say 300 yards. We would have eaten outside the hotel anyway.
